Q1: Can you unlock the new BlackBerry Bold 9700?
YES WE CAN!! We have the unlock codes for both the original BlackBerry Bold 9000 and the NEW BlackBerry Bold 9700. The prices for the codes depend on the network to which the phone is locked. At&t BlackBerry Bold codes cost $15 and T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold codes cost $25
Q2: What is cell phone unlocking?
Most new cell phones are programmed to only accept a SIM card from that carrier. By unlocking your phone you remove this restriction and are able to use your phone with the carrier of your choice. There are many ways to unlock a phone. Some require downloading software & connecting your phone to a computer. Our method is “remote unlocking”. We will provide you with a pass code that is unique to your phone and will unlock you phone!
Q3: Why should you unlock your phone?
Unlocking your phone will not change your reception or battery life, but it will give you the ability to use your phone with any GSM carrier. If you travel you can purchase a local SIM and avoid huge roaming charges. You can also raise the resale value of your phone by unlocking it.
Q4: How does remote unlocking work?
Every GSM cell phone has a unique subsity unlock code. By giving me you IMEI number (which is completely safe) we are able to search for your specific code. Once you have the code you will simply enter the code into your phone and it will now be unlocked. THAT’S IT!!
Q5: Is it safe to unlock your phone?
Unlocking your phone will not harm your phone, nor will it void your warranty.
Q6: What if the code does not work?
In most cases (more than 99%) we are able to retrieve your code. In the rare event your code is not found you will be issued a refund with no hassle. You should have your code within 24 hours or a refund will be issued.
Q7: Can you unlock any other Cingular or NEW ATT phones?
Yes. We can unlock any Cingular Blackberry, i.e. 8700C, 8100 Pearl, 7130C, etc.. We can also unlock ANY Cingular GSM phone including Treo, Razr V3, LG, Pantech, Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and many more. Contact us for details.
Q8: Can you unlock phones from any other carrier?
YES! We can unlock any T-Mobile phone including Blackberry 8700G, 7105, 7100t, 7290 and Pearl 8100. T-Mobile unlock codes are available for $35.00 usd. It can take up to 3 days to complete your order and get your code. Weekends do not count.
